Commercial policies

For security reasons, we only deliver to your credit card's billing address and we set the country of delivery according to your current geographic location (matching your IP address). We may be in touch with you after payment and before delivery to verify the legitimacy of your purchase and make sure it is not fraudulent. We might cancel and refund without notice any order that we believe to be suspicious.

SHIPPING IN CANADA

For domestic deliveries (in Canada), we use Canada Post, DICOM and Canpar. We automatically select the cheapest carrier for you, but you can change that selection at checkout time. The processing time for an order is usualy around 3 business days, after which you can expect to receive a tracking number for your shipment that will indicate the estimated time of delivery. Many of our products are considered dangerous goods by the authorities, but since we use road transport for deliveries in Canada, we can ship up to 5 liters of dangerous goods to you, which is more than enough for most orders. Please note that Canada Post does not accept alcohol-based products and if your order contains such a product, the option to have your order delivered with Canada Post will not be available.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We deliver all over the world from Canada. However, international orders are subject to customs duties, VATs and sales taxes which are payable by you on delivery (COD). If you refuse to pay these fees, the carrier will not be able to hand your order over to you, and the merchandise will be abandoned and destroyed. It is your responsibility to check with the customs agencies of your country which duties and taxes are payable for the products your purchase from us and to provide for the payment of these amounts when requested by the carrier. It is also your responsibility to check that the products you order can be legally exported to you and that they will not be subject to seizure at the border. Goods seized, destroyed or otherwise withheld by a customs agency or broker (including the carrier) for any reason, including non-payment of the duties, tariffs, charges and taxes stated, are not refundable.

Many of our products are considered dangerous goods by the authorities, and since we use air transport for international deliveries, we can ship up to one liter (1L) of dangerous goods in total per shipment in bottles of no more than 30ml each, which is more than enough for most orders. Unfortunately, we cannot export alcohol products. Products that are not available for your country will be clearly marked on the website and you will not be able to add them to your shopping cart.

For transportation and customs brokerage, we use FedEx International Economy and DHL Packet International. We automatically select the cheapest carrier for you, but you can change that selection at checkout time.
