All sales are final. We only accept refunds, returns or exchanges for damaged goods. In particular, we cannot and do not claim the perfume ingredients we sell are risk free. These are professional materials and not toys. It is the end user's responsibility to take the necessary precautions for their safe utilization. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges on that basis. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after the courrier tracking information indicates your shipment has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, labels, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When you contact us, include detailed high resolution multi-angle pictures that clearly show the damage or that you have received the incorrect product.
Refunds and replacement products
We will notify you once your refund or exchange is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. If you requested a replacement product and if inventory allows it, you will receive a tracking number for your replacement products with a shipping service equivalent to the original order's shipping service.
